All orders will be seen to within 48hours, during weekdays. Once the order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be passed on for delivery.
Delivery is free all over Malta and delivery occurs between 3-6 business days. We charge a €5 fee for orders less than €25 and for orders that need quick delivery, meaning 1-2 business days. A €7 delivery fee is applied for all Gozo deliveries.
Deliveries only occur during the week and are not done throughout the weekend and not even on public holidays or any other holiday.
we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality goods and we understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may need to return a product or request a refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
– The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
– The product must not have been personalized or customized
– Some items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons
– The product must have been purchased directly from Sweet Pea Ideas
– If a purchase was made from another retailer or website then you will need to go back to them directly to return
-Items must be checked once delivery is made for any damages etc…. and can only be returned within 3 days of delivery and for a valid reason. Once this period has elapsed, returns can not be made.
-ITEMS ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR RETURN.
To initiate a return or refund, check above for eligibility and then follow these steps:
– Please email sweetpeaideas@gmail.com to obtain an acknowledgement
– When you obtain an acknowledgement email we will advise that any item you return to us is sent using a tracked service as we are not responsible for products lost in transit, please also obtain a proof of postage receipt.
– If the above steps are not followed your refund will be delayed.
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges
To claim a refund we would require the original proof of purchase and to confirm a refund the above criteria within the policy must apply and be met. It is then up to Sweet Pea Ideas to confirm whether or not the refund is justifiable or not.
If you are returning a product you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us on sweetpeaideas@gmail.com our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process upon receipt of the items.
